Robert C. Podoll, Co-Founder and Partner
Mr. Podoll was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1978. He attended law school at the University of Denver, receiving his JD degree in 1977. Mr. Podoll attended college at Cornell University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975.
Mr. Podoll has enjoyed a legal career with a dual focus on commercial real estate and banking. Mr. Podoll has worked extensively in commercial real estate, involving sales, financing, zoning, title insurance coverage, construction contracts, mechanics liens, homeowner associations, lien priority, and real estate litigation.
As Banking Counsel, Mr. Podoll has worked with commercial lending, cash management, Automated Clearinghouse, check 21, presentation warranties, Uniform Commercial Code, lien priority, subordination, commercial lines of credit, master credit facilities, and intercreditor agreements.
Mr. Podoll is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and a member of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
