Mr. Kitsmiller grew up in the Denver metropolitan area and attended Bear Creek High School. Mr. Kitsmiller enjoys helping clients in complex commercial litigation matters in a wide variety of areas. Mr. Kitsmiller is sensitive to client goals and the costs of litigation. He has helped many clients resolve disputes in mediation and arbitration.
