As a part of our real estate practice, we have experience in real estate litigation, dating back to the early 1980s when we were litigating the effectiveness of due-on-sale clauses.

We have also litigated construction defects, lien priority, foreclosures, title insurance coverage, real estate security and priority, easement and covenant construction, homeowner association covenant enforcement, recording act issues, developer liability, landowner liability, and fraudulent transfer issues.
