Dustin J. Priebe, Attorney
Dustin Priebe focuses on complex business litigation. He has handled commercial disputes involving insurance coverage, banking and lending, real estate, shareholder disputes, and joint ventures. He has experience with all phases of litigation, acting as lead counsel and second-chair at trial, and posturing cases for successful resolution prior to trial. Mr. Priebe has represented both individual and institution clients, and prides himself on tailoring his representation to meet the unique needs of each client.
Mr. Priebe joined Podoll & Podoll, P.C. in 2005, leaving briefly to serve as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California in San Diego, before returning to Podoll & Podoll in 2011. He attended law school at the University of San Diego, graduating with honors, achieving the highest grade in three of his classes and receiving a full academic scholarship in his final year. During law school he completed an externship with Justice Richard D. Huffman of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District.
Mr. Priebe is originally from Rhinelander, Wisc., and attended college at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, graduating in 2002 with a double major in finance and human resources. He currently lives in Lone Tree, Colo.
